Ideally yes. We can clean around remaining items, but a fully empty home lets us reach every surface — that's what produces deposit-ready results.
How far in advance should I book a move-in/out clean?+
We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks ahead, especially during end-of-month windows when demand spikes.
Do you clean inside the oven and refrigerator?+
Oven and fridge interior cleaning are popular add-ons ($75 each). Just let us know when booking and we'll include them.
