Flexible schedules built around your business hours

Most commercial clients prefer after-hours service — evenings, early mornings, or weekends — so cleaning is completely invisible to staff and customers. We coordinate access through your preferred method (key, code, smart lock, or property manager handoff) and follow any alarm, badge, or check-in protocols you require. Visits are scheduled at a fixed cadence (typically 2-3 times per week for offices, 5x per week for medical practices) so your team always knows what to expect.

Confidentiality, insurance, and documentation

We're happy to sign mutual NDAs, follow your visitor sign-in process, and adhere to any HIPAA-adjacent or client-confidentiality protocols specific to your industry. Every Crystal Broom cleaner is background-checked and trained on commercial-specific procedures — locking up, resetting alarms, and respecting closed offices or sensitive paperwork.

We carry full general liability insurance and can issue a Certificate of Insurance naming your business or landlord as an additional insured on request, usually within one business day. If your lease or property manager requires specific coverage limits, send us the requirements and we'll confirm we meet them before your first visit.

What a typical commercial visit covers

A standard visit includes workstation dusting and sanitization, conference rooms reset, common-area floors vacuumed or mopped, restrooms fully sanitized with consumables restocked from your supplies, break rooms and kitchenettes wiped down with appliance exteriors detailed, all trash and recycling removed and re-lined, and entryway glass spot-cleaned. Periodic deep-clean tasks — baseboards, vents, high dusting, interior windows, refrigerator interiors, hard-floor refinishing — get rotated through on a schedule we set together so nothing gets neglected and nothing gets billed twice.

Pricing, contracts, and onboarding

Commercial cleaning is quoted in writing per visit based on square footage, frequency, and the specific scope we agree on during the walkthrough. There are no long-term contracts — most clients prefer a simple month-to-month arrangement they can adjust or cancel with reasonable notice. Onboarding is straightforward: a brief walkthrough to scope the job, a written quote, a Certificate of Insurance handoff if your landlord requires it, and a first visit scheduled at your preferred time. We invoice monthly and accept ACH, credit card, or check. If you ever want to add a stop, change frequency, or shift to a different day, just email or call and we'll adjust the schedule.

How we measure quality so you don't have to

Every commercial account gets a written checklist tailored to your space, and our lead cleaner signs off on each section at the end of each visit. We do quarterly on-site quality reviews with the account owner — usually 15 minutes, no charge — to catch drift before it becomes a complaint. New cleaners assigned to your account shadow the lead for at least two visits before working solo, so the standard you experience in month one is the same in year three. If anything ever falls short, tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back at no charge to make it right.
