Step 1: Tell us about your space

We'll ask a few quick questions: approximate square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the type of service you're considering (recurring, deep, move-in/out, or commercial), and your preferred frequency. If you have pets, hard-to-reach areas, or specific products you'd like us to use, mention those too.

Step 2: We send a written quote within 24 hours

We respond Monday through Saturday during business hours (8 AM – 6 PM), and almost always within a few hours during the workweek. For larger homes, commercial spaces, or anything with unusual finishes (extensive marble, high ceilings, large window walls), we may suggest a brief on-site walkthrough first so the quote is accurate. The quote is in writing, includes everything we discussed, and doesn't expire for 30 days.

Step 3: Schedule your first visit

Once you accept the quote, we'll pick a date together. For recurring clients, we'll typically schedule your first deep clean and then your recurring visits on a fixed day of the week or month — the same time slot every time, with the same lead cleaner whenever possible. For one-time services (deep, move-in/out, commercial first visit), we book on a single date that works for you.

What we'll need from you on the day of service

Just a way in (key, code, garage opener, smart lock, or someone home to let us in) and any specific instructions about pets, alarms, or rooms to skip. We bring everything else — supplies, equipment, vacuum, microfiber, gloves, and our team. If you'd prefer we use your products, leave them out and we'll use those instead.

How we quote and how to pay

Every quote is flat and in writing, so you know exactly what's included before we start. There are no surprise upcharges, no fuel fees, and no minimum-commitment contracts. Payment is due after each visit and we accept credit card, debit card, ACH transfer, Venmo, Zelle, and check. Recurring clients can save a card on file for automatic billing.

Frequently asked: do you offer a free walkthrough?

For most homes under 3,500 square feet we can quote accurately from the form alone or a quick phone call. For larger homes, multi-unit buildings, commercial spaces, or homes with unusual layouts (a finished walkout basement, an attached carriage house, extensive marble or specialty flooring), we're happy to schedule a free on-site walkthrough so the quote reflects reality. There's no obligation and no pressure — we'd rather quote you accurately than win the job and then ask for more money later.

Frequently asked: can I trust your team in my home?

Every Crystal Broom cleaner is a W-2 employee (not a subcontractor or day laborer), background-checked through a third-party service, and insured under our general liability and workers' compensation policies. We do not subcontract any work to outside cleaners or apps. The person at your door wearing a Crystal Broom shirt is someone we've vetted, trained, and stand behind. If a regular client ever wants to put a hold on visits while traveling, just let us know and we'll pause the schedule without any cancellation fee.

Frequently asked: what if I'm not happy with a clean?

Tell us within 24 hours. We'll come back at no charge and re-clean whatever fell short. We take quality seriously, and we'd rather know about a problem so we can fix it than have you quietly switch to a competitor. We also welcome feedback that doesn't rise to a redo — if you'd just like us to focus more on a specific room or skip something on the next visit, those notes go straight into your client file.

Frequently asked: do you offer any discounts?

Recurring clients (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) pay a lower per-visit rate than one-time bookings. We also occasionally offer a thank-you credit to clients who refer a friend or neighbor who books with us — usually applied to your next visit. We don't run loud seasonal sales or fake discount countdowns; pricing is consistent, fair, and quoted in writing up front.
