A deep clean or first-time clean starts at $200 because we're starting from scratch — getting into the baseboards, wiping down cabinet faces, detailing light fixtures. That takes time.

Move-in and move-out cleans start at $300, because we go inside every appliance, every cabinet, every closet. There's a reason landlords and real estate agents specifically request those.
